She was born in Elkhart County April 17, 1915 to the late Alice Myrtle (Wenger) and Floyd C. Cook. On September 12, 1936 she married Dale B. Love Sr. who passed away December 3, 1992.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Beverly (Bradley) Hahn, Sarasota, FL; two sons, Dale Jr. (Jewel) and Douglas (Kathleen), both of Goshen and a brother, Keith Cook, Elkhart. She was blessed with 8 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Margaret was preceded in death by brothers, Gerald Cook, Daniel Cook, Donald Cook and James Cook, and sisters, Verna Squires and Elizabeth Wood.
Margaret attended Jamestown Methodist Church and was an active parent while her children attended school. She loved her family and kept up with all their activities as they grew up. She had a keen interest in politics and enjoyed participating in the Baugo Homemakers Club. She and her husband always planted a large garden and enjoyed canning and freezing which she often shared with family. While not a golfer herself, she enjoyed following the PGA on TV and frequently joining her husband fishing.
