Rosina was the daughter of Isaac "Ike" Bray and Rosina White. The family arrived in Jersey County, Illinois in 1831. Pioneer settlers, Ike Bray helped to lay out the town of Grafton.

Rosina married Daniel Prentiss Noble on 03 Mar 1859 in Jersey County, Illinois. He was a farmer, and they were the parents of at least 3 children.

At the time of her death, Rosina was 40 years, 10 months and 8 days old. She was survived by her husband, Daniel, who passed away in 1893.
