Dwayne E. "Dewey" "Scooby" Kayser, 31, of 111 County Rd. N., Edgerton, died Thursday morning, Dec. 1, 2005, in a traffic accident on I-90. He was born in Edgerton on June 12, 1974, the son of Alvin and Barbara (Burson) Kayser. He grew up on a dairy farm in Fulton Township. As a member of the 4-H, he showed dairy cattle around the state. Dwayne graduated from Edgerton High School in 1993. While there he was a member of the F.F.A. and the wrestling team. He attended the Sun Prairie Operating Engineers School. Dwayne was employed as a concrete finisher by Yeske Construction Co. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, working on vehicles and cutting wood with his brother. He was a member of pool leagues and dart leagues. Dwayne is survived by his parents, Alvin and Barbara Kayser of Milton; 2 sisters, Cindy (David) Cooper of Sun Prairie and Diane (Greg) Kudrna of Janesville; his brother, Dale (friend, Sandi) Kayser of Shopiere; his special girlfriend, Chris Driskell and her children, Christopher and Anthony; nieces and nephews, Austin and Morgan Cooper, McCauley, Cole and Jenna Kudrna; his grandfather, Ed Messerschmidt of Elkhorn; several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by a niece, Angel Ashley Cooper; and grandparents: Ronald Burson, Bonnie (Burson) Messerschmidt, Walter Kayser, Ruth Kayser Loomer and Merlyn Loomer.
