Celebration of life service will be at 4:00 P.M. Wednesday at First Presbyterian Church in Grand Island. Reverend Caroline Price-Gibson will officiate. Private family burial will be prior to the service in the Grand Island City Cemetery. All Faiths Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Angel was born on January 10, 1998 at Grand Island, Nebraska. She is the daughter of Karl and Tammy (Hopkins) Nance.
Those left to cherish Angel's memory include her parents, Karl and Tammy Nance; brother, David Nance; her four legged friend, Gracie; grandparents, Ken and Su Hopkins of Norfolk and Mary Nance of Williamsburg, MO; aunts and uncles, Jamye and Stephen Smegal, Kirk and Joan Hopkins, Nancy and Lou Cerutti, Marilyn and Jim Horobec, Pam and Mike Ostrowski, Jan and Steve Gray, Danny Nance, Leslie Nance, and many cousins.
She was welcomed into heaven by her sister, Katie; grandmother, Shirley Hopkins; and grandfather, Wilford Nance.
Angel attended school at Stolley Park, Barr middle school, and was in the 10th grade at Grand Island Senior High.
She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, involved in LOGOS and Sunday school. She also volunteered at the humane society. She worked at Arby's on Webb Road.
Angel loved writing, reading, drawing, Anime, Zelda, music, and playing the piano. She enjoyed her friendships with cyclists of The Journey of Hope. Above all she loved her family.
