Wife of Robert T. Riggle, a civilian employee of Fort Meade, South Dakota. She died approximately six weeks following the death of her only child, a stillborn infant, who was buried unnamed in the Fort Meade National Cemetery, Sturgis, South Dakota. The child died sometime in April 1899.

From the Meade County Marriage Records, Book A, page 298: Married June 6, 1898, Robert T. Riggle, age 27, Sturgis, and Mary Agnes Beebe, age 18, Sturgis.

From the Sturgis Weekly Record (newspaper) of July 28, 1899: Death of Mrs. R. T. Riggle. She was the former Mary Agnes Beebe, born in Spencer, Iowa, February 1, 1880. She came to the Black Hills in 1888, married June 6, 1898. She leaves a husband to mourn her.
