Adah Faye Ham, 66, Kansas City in Clay County, died Jan. 20, 1991, in the Kendallwood Trails Nursing Center, 2900 Kendallwood Parkway, Gladstone. She was a lifelong area resident.

Mrs. Ham worked for the Southwestern Bell Telephone Co. in the 1940s, for the American Telephone & Telegraph Co. in the 1950s and for Clay County Family Services in the 1960s. Survivors include her husband, Ray Ham of the home; a son, Raymond D. Ham, Berger, Mo.; three brothers, James E. Jacks, Independence, Kenneth L. Jacks, Harrisonville, and Howard L. Jacks, Archie, Mo.; six sisters, Louise Brockman, North Kansas City, Wanda A. White, Coupeville, Wash., Helen E. Trader, Kansas City, Betty A. Close, Independence, Joan A. Rice, Walnut Creek, Calif., and Jimmie E. Jacks, San Francisco; and two grandchildren. Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Newcomer's White Chapel; burial in White Chapel Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. toda y at the chapel.

The family suggests contributions to the American Lung Association.
