David Joel Slaven Oct. 2, 1971 - March 23, 2014 BRADENTON, FL - David Joel Slaven, 42, of Bradenton, Florida, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday 3/23/2014 at St. Petersburg Hospital in St. Petersburg, FL. He is survived by his son, Dylan J. Slaven of Kingston, Idaho; his mother, Debra Slaven of Bradenton, FL; his sister, Kimberly Lustgarten of Cairo, GA; his brother, Jason Slaven of Bushnell, FL; his paternal grandmother, Elnora Slaven; his maternal grandmother, Dorothy Akin; and his three loving aunts, Dr. Christina Fulmer, Barbara Gunn and Lisa Redmond. He now resides in glory with his father, David William Slaven. He will be missed.
