Patsy was the wife of Joseph Lesley Lewis, whom she married in 1969. They had 3 children, Joseph Jr, Pamela & Wendy.
Patsy married Charles C. Jacobs in 1991.

Patsy J. Bailey Lewis Jacobs
Funeral services for Patsy Jean Bailey Lewis Jacobs, 49, of Frankston were held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, in the Thompson Funeral Home Chapel in Jacksonville with the Rev. George Folmar and Ray Pike officiating. Burial was at Jarratt Cemetery in Jacksonville. Mrs. Jacobs died Thursday Aug. 30, in a Tyler hospital. She was born Feb. 27, 1952 in Jacksonville. Mrs. Jacobs was a former secretary for Galveston County Memorial Hospital and Nan Travis Memorial Hospital. She was a member of HillTop Baptist Church in Berryville. Survivors include her husband, Charles C. Jacobs of Jacksonville; a son, Joseph "J.J." Lewis Jr. of Frankston; daughters, Pamela Thomas and Wendy Hall, both of Frankston; father and step-mother, Welton and Arlene Bailey of Jacksonville; a sister, Margaret Goodwin of Jacksonville; six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Phil Goodwin Jr., Jason Kelly, Chance Hamilton, Kenneth Jacobs, Richard Clark and Herman Winfield Ritter.
