Sharon K. Phillips
Sharon K. Phillips, age 64, of Canton passed away Sunday morning at
McKinley Health Care Center following an extended illness. Born in Canton,
OH, on Nov. 23, 1940, to the late Leslie and Flossie (Roth) Allerton.
Sharon had lived all of her life in the Canton area. Besides her parents,
she is preceded in death by her daughter, Kimberly Phillips and a sister,
Tina Allerton. She is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Lewis F.
Phillips of the home, three sons, David (Julie) Phillips of Cleveland, OH,
Michael (Kim) Phillips, John Phillips, all of Canton; a daughter, Theresa
(Don) Friesel of Canton; two sisters, Dee Allerton, Candy (Joe) Sparks,
all of Canton; four brothers, Jack Allerton of Canton, Terry (Kathy)
Allerton of Upper Saddle, NY, Keith (Jeanie) Allerton of New Jersey, Craig
Allerton of New York, NY. There are 18 grandchildren; 11
great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews also surviving.
