Founder, proprietor of Blum's Candies and Confections headquartered in San Francisco. A store that was wildly popular and especially known for their Coffee Crunch cake that people still talk about to this day even though the stores closed in the 1980's. After his death, the business was run by his son Jack. When Jack died, management then went to Fred Levy, Jacks son in law-who is still well remembered fondly by customers.
