Arnold O. Adrian, 71, died November 10 at his farm home near Binford.
The funeral was in Trinity Lutheran Church, Binford, Friday, November 13.
Mr. Adrian was born March 29, 1910 in Rosendal Township, son of the late Oscar and Martha Adrian.
He attended local school and later went to school in St. Paul, Minnesota, and Dickinson State College. He taught school in Griggs and Stark counties, and was married to Agnes Undereland June 16, 1938 at Belfield, North Dakota. The couple came to the Binford area where they farmed until retiring in 1975. Following his retirement he was employed by the Edlund Motor Company of Binford.
He had ben active in 4-H Club work and had served on the boards of Trinity Lutheran, Rosendal Township and the Binford School District.
Mr. Adrian is survived by his wife: two daughters, Mrs. Milton (Carol) Moen, West Fargo and Mrs. Dean (Doris) Giedt, Jamestown; three sons, Roger of Barnesville, Minnesota, Lee, North Hollywood, California, Keith, Minnetonka, Minnesota; 14 grandchildren.
A sister, Mrs. Henry (Agnes) Johnson and two brothers, Elmer and Paul Adrian, all of Binford.
Two sons and a daughter preceded him in death.
