The sad death of Miss Marie Farr, 22, is reported from scarlet fever on Jan. 17. She was teaching at German Hill when sickness overtook her. The Tunkhannock High and Mansfield State Teacher's College grad had been an instructor at Camp Onawandah, the girls' camp at White's Ferry in 1931.
