WALKERTOWN - Deborah Lynn Poindexter, age 50, passed away Monday, April 7, 2014 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem. Deborah was born on July 29, 1963 in Forsyth County to the late Richard Elwood Fulp and wife, Jean Kiger Fulp. She was a member of Edgewood Baptist Church and a homemaker.
Deborah is survived by her husband, Jesse Junior Poindexter; her mother, Jean Kiger Fulp; one daughter, Angelique' Hope Sheets (Derek); one son, Christopher Richard Neal; and two wonderful grandchildren, Allison McKenzie Sheets and Justin Tyler Sheets.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, April 10, 2014 at Edgewood Baptist Church with Rev. Kent Hogan and Rev. Darrell Fulp officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory in Walkertown.
