employment with the D. L. & W. railroad at Stiles, where he resided for a number of years, when he moved to Fulton. Three years ago he moved to this city and made his home with his daughter, Mrs. Frank Boughton, at whose residence he died.
Survived by three sons, James of Syracuse, Frank of Watertown, Daniel of New Vork, Mrs. H. W. Cowan of Syracuse, Mrs. W. G. O'Brian and Mrs. Frank Boughton of this city.
