Titus Vernon Smith, 29, Kansas City, Kan., died April 15, 1994, at Bethany Medical Center. Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Mrs. J.W. Jones Chapel; burial in Memorial Park Cemetery, Kansas City, Kan. Friends may call from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday at the chapel. Mr. Smith was a lifelong Kansas City, Kan., resident. He was a graduate of Wyandotte High School and attended Washburn University, Topeka. Survivors include a son, Titus Vernon Beaver, his parents, Lee Odis Smith and Dorothy Mae Smith, and a brother, Dwayne Odis Smith, all of Kansas City, Kan., and two sisters, Teresa Inett Beverly, Philadelphia, and Sheryl Lenoir Smith, Richmond, Va.
