Erskin Brockman 80 of Richmond died April 14, 2014 at Reid Hospital after a lengthy illness. He was born April 23, 1933 in Jackson County, Kentucky to Robert and Gracie Callahan Brockman and lived here most of his life. He worked 15 years at Perfect Circle Dana and formerly owned Brockman Auto Sales.
Survivors include his wife Ora, five children Russell (Patty) Brockman, Cleo Voght, Clayton (Lenora) Brockman, Carlos Brockman, and Randall (Thelma) Brockman, two step children David (Caroll) Steele and Sandy Berry, thirteen grandchildren, two step grandchildren, twenty-seven great grandchildren, three step great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, two brothers Fred Lee and Fletcher Brockman, two sisters Lucille King and Wanda Reed, nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, four brothers George, Otis, Bill, and Charlie Brockman, and one sister Vernie Marie Campbell.
