Lois Frances Bacon, 25 of 3150 Hack Road, R.F.D.I, Britton, died suddenly in Milan Tuesday morning. The daughter of Earl and Gladys Bacon, she was born in Saline Township, September 7, 1927, and graduated from the Milan High School in the class of 1949, and was employed as a stenographer at the Ideal Furnace Company offices.

She attended the Bible Institute at Phoenix, Arizona, and graduated in 1952. Her plans were to go to Mexico at the end of this month on missionary work.

Miss Bacon was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church of Britton.

She is survived by her parents, Mr. And Mrs. Earl Bacon; two sisters, Mrs. Ruth Miller of 3020 Hack Rd., and Miss Doris, at home; also a twin brother, Leon, of Britton; and her grandfather, Frank Beckman, and two nephews.

Services will be held at the Bethel Baptist Church in Britton on Friday at 2:00 p.m. with the Rev. Edwin DuBois officiating. Burial will be in Marble Park Cemetery. Friends may call at the Stevens and Bush Funeral Home in Milan until noon on Friday.
