NEVADA, April 26. —The remains of Thomas Porter Blue and son, William Blue, killed at You Bet Friday morning by Jerry Goodwin as the result of a disagreement over the ownership of land, were consigned to earth this afternoon. Funeral services were conducted at You Bet this morning. Two hearses, followed by nearly all the residents of You Bet, came to Nevada City, a distance of nearly ten miles. Services over Thomas Blue, Sr., were conducted by the Odd Fellows. The National Guard held simple military Services over the remains of William Blue.
