Mrs. Julia Augusta Livers, 88, widow of William T. Livers, died about 6 o'clock Monday morning, at her home in Cannelton.
She is survived by a son, William C. Livers and a daughter, Ida Mae Huber, both of Cannelton. A daughter, Gertrude Owens died several years ago and two sons died in infancy. Mrs. Augusta (Aldridge) Hocking, a niece, of Detroit, Michigan was raised by Mrs. Livers (Augusta Aldridge was three years old when her mother, Eliza Aldridge died). Also surviving are 8 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren; and a brother, Robert Conner of Evansville.
Mrs. Livers was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church and St. Ann's society and she was a charter member of the American Legion Auxiliary.
The body was removed from Huber Funeral home and taken to her son's residence on Madison Street. Burial will be at St. Michael's Catholic Cemetery

Mrs. Julia Livers, 88, of Cannelton, sister to Robert Conner of Evansville, died at 5:45 am Monday at her home.
Services will be at 9 am Wednesday in St. Michaels Catholic Church, Cannelton. The body was at the residence of a son, Cleo Livers of Cannelton.
