Visitation: April 21, 2014 - 5:00 to 7:00 PM with a Wake Service at 7:00 PM at the John A. Gentleman 72nd Street Chapel, Omaha, Nebraska.

Interment: Calvary Cemetery, Omaha, Nebraska.
