November 4, 1866, he was married to Isadora Rodgers of his native town. To this union were born two children, Allen, who now resides on the farm near Venus and Katie C., who married Oscar Sayre, to whom was born two children, Eric and Eunice.
Both wife and daughter preceded Mr. Germond to the grave, thus leaving to mourn his loss one son and two grandchildren.
Funeral services were held in the home, Friday, conducted by Rev. W.F. Herman. Interment was made in Hope cemetery.
Mr. Germond moved from Vermont to Nebraska in 1883 and took up a homestead upon which he has since made his home.
He had been failing in health for a year and grew gradually weaker until the end came.
He was a faithful church worker and Bible teacher and lad a Christian life.

I don't believe James or JB Germond has a marker. It is possible that is on the back side of Isadore - but I didn't see that when I was taking pictures of the stones.
