Services for Blanche E. Banks, 83, of 10432 Wilkins Run Rd. Newark, will be at 10 AM Thursday in the chapel of the Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home. Burial will be in Barnes Cemetery. Mrs. Banks died Aug. 2, 1993, in her daughters home. She was born July 25, 1910 in Newark to the late Steven and Julia (Swaggert) Bevard. Her husband Orville Banks died in 1967. Surviving are a daughter Ruth Bell of Newark; a son David Banks of Newark; 3 sisters Mrs. Leatha Simco, Mrs. Elizabeth Bero, and Mrs. Helen Davis, all of Newark; a brother, Kenneth Bevard of Newark; 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
