Bridgette Walker Stone, 42, wife of Charles "Chucky" Stone, Jr., died Friday, April 18, 2014.
She was born June 28, 1971, a daughter of Chuck Walker and Brenda Drawdy Walker.
She was a 1989 graduate of Walterboro High School, and was employed at Rockford Manufacturing. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Walterboro, and she enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. Bridgette was a loving and devoted mother, and was active in the lives of her sons, seeing to their needs, and even coaching their sports teams when they were younger.
She was survived by her husband of twenty years; her parents Chuck and Rosalind Walker, and Brenda Drawdy Price, all of Walterboro; two sons, sons, Hunter and Tyler Stone; a brother, William Southard; and two sisters, Jackie Linder and Angela Winther.
She was predeceased by her paternal grandmother, Eleanor Moore and husband Billy; and her father-in-law Charles "Buddy" Stone; her paternal grandfather, Ted Walker; her maternal grandparents, Jack and Grace Drawdy; and her mother-in-law, Betty Stone.
Funeral services were Tuesday in First Baptist Church of Walterboro. Burial followed in Glendale Memorial Cemetery.
