Mrs. Anna Mae Brown, 74, Whiting, died this morning at the Horton Community Hospital.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at the Whiting Baptist Church, the Rev. Henry Duerksen officiating. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery at Whiting, with Chaney Mortuary of Horton in charge.

Mrs. Brown was born March 8, 1892, in Ewing, Va., and had been a resident of the Whiting community for some time.

Surviving are her husband, Richard E. Brown of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Gerald (Marie) Smith, Security, Colo., and Eldon (Frances) Woodruff, Hiawatha; four sons, Ralph and Henry Brown of Whiting, Warren Brown of Laguna Beach, Calif., and Willard Brown of Phoenix, Ariz.; three sisters, Mrs. Hettie Neuschwanger and Mrs. Amanda Copenhaver, both of Topeka, and Mrs. Mary Pettit of Horton; five brothers, White Edds of Garden Grove, Calif., Harvey Edds and Hobard Edds of Topeka, Robert Edds of Horton, and Henry Edds of Whiting.
