Hebron / Gary (Glen Park)Harold J. Kleckner, Sr., 66, of Hebron, formerly of Gary (Glen Park) passed away at home on Wednesday, July 4, 2001. He was employed as a lather/carpenter for Emil Perrotta Construction for 45 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Mable Kleckner. Survivors are wife of 48 years, Barbara A. Kleckner of Hebron; two sons: Jimmy (Elaine) Kleckner of Wanatah and Terry (Carol) Kleckner of Valparaiso; one daughter: Kathie (Bill) Cruikshank of Valparaiso; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services were private with cremation following at the Burns Funeral Home Crematory. Burns Funeral Home (corner 101st and Broadway), Merrillville/Crown Point Chapel in charge of arrangements.
