Educator. Co-founder of Adamson School of Industrial Chemistry and Engineering in Manila, Philippine Islands. By 1965, the school had an enrollment of 20,000 students. He is also known as the "Father of Philippine Paper-making", pioneering the manufacture of paperboard from waste paper. He operated the Bataan Pulp and Paper Mills manufacturing paper from bamboo. Other projects included the Fontana (CA) Paper Mill. He was a very active member of the Rotary Club and was a Mason.
