LOUIS EUGENE SCHULTZ , 75, 614 Climer St., died Saturday (April 9th) at the Muscatine General Hospital following an extended illness. Services will be held Tuesday at the Geo. M. Wittich Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Greenwood Cemetery. Mr. Schultz was born May 11, 1901 in Muscatine, the son of Charles H. and Margaret Butcher Schultz. He was a life resident of Muscatine. He married Elsie Cline. She preceded him in death. He later married M. Florence Bryant. He was a member of the First Christian Church. Survivors include his wife; one step-son, Rev. C.E. Bryant, Gary Ind.; one daughter, Mrs. Donald (Marilyn) Meyers, Nichols; four grandchildren; four great-granchildren; and one brother, Vernon A. Schultz, Muscatine. He was preceded in death by his parents, first wife, one son and one brother.
