Ralph L. Alexander, 60 of Etters, previously of Harrisburg, PA passed away Thursday, April 17, 2014 at home. He was born May 29, 1953 in Harrisburg, the son of the late Ralph and Kathleen (Coldren) Alexander. Ralph was a 1971 graduate of John Harris High School. Since 1990 he owned and operated his contracting business, Moonlight Renovations. He enjoyed his work, the outdoors, traveling and riding his motorcycle. He most enjoyed spending time with his granddaughter whom he loved dearly. Surviving in addition to his wife, are daughters: Cherese M. Darhower of Boiling Springs, PA and Jessica M. Alexander of Azle, TX; one sister: Cathy (Alexander) Spizzirri of Harrisburg, PA; one granddaughter: Madison A. Darhower; and one niece and great niece. A gathering will be held on Thursday, April 24, 2014 from 7-8pm at Neill Funeral Home, 3401 Market St., Camp Hill, PA. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to the Cumberland County Historical Society, 21 North Pitt Street, Carlisle, PA 17013 or the Boiling Springs Civic Association (BSCA), P.O. Box 362, Boiling Springs, PA 17007.
