Sarah J, wife of W F Albaugh, died Tuesday, March 8, after a lingering illness of bronchitis, aged about forty-two years. In her death the community has lost one of its best neighbors and most benevolent citizens who was ever ready to alleviate the wants of the needy and care for the sick.
She was an active and consistent member of the Amsterdam ME church. Her remains were laid to rest Sunday morning in the Amsterdam cemetery, Rev S P Lloyd officiating. She is survived by her husband and three daughters who mourn the loss of an affectionate wife and a kind mother.
