The daughter of Maria Hall of Laurel. Amanda was born in Easton, Maryland. She was raised in Bridgeville, Delaware. Growing up she loved to hang out with her friends and play softball. For her school years she attended Woodbridge School District in Delaware. After her school years Amanda began her life full of family and laughter. She loved her nieces and nephews.
She is survived by her husband, Antonio Polk of Bridgeville; three children, RJ Thomas, Tony and Jakob Polk; her two sisters, the oldest Katherine Blake of Laurel along with her children, Tamyra, Elijah, Javon, and Le'Asia; and the youngest Sarah McCabe of Greenwood along with her husband, Kyle, and two children, Douglas and Daulton; from her husband's side she had two sister in laws and two brother in laws; along with a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Preceded in her death is father, James Hall of Laurel.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to PNC Bank of Bridgeville, Del. for her burial services and her children.
A viewing will be held 10 a.m., Thursday, April 24, 2014 with a service at 12 p.m. at Mount Calvary Methodist Church, Bridgeville, Del. Arrangements are being handle by McPherson Funeral Service, Inc.
