Mrs. Maude Burns Ammons, 72
Services for Mrs. Maude Burns Ammons, 72, of Hohenwald, sister of Aubrey Burns of Ceneterville, and a native of Hickman County, who died Thursday in Lewis County Hospital, were held Saturday at McDonald Funeral Home in Hohenwald. Burial was in Wolf Creek Cemetery in Hickmmn County.
Mrs. Ammons, who had resided for some time in Wyandotte, Mich., moved back to Hohenwald some six months ago.
She was born in the Coble Community, the daughter of the late John and Sally Burns.
Mrs. Ammons was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include a son, Jesse W. Ammons, Southagte, Mich.,; daughter, Mrs. Sharon Grinder, Hohenwald; another brother, Woodrow Burns, Nashville; a sister, Mrs. Marian Kelley, Detroit, Mich., and four grandchildren.
