Mrs. Balo was a lifetime resident in Zanesville. Her first job was at Bintz Bros. as a clerk and then she worked at Zane Market as a meatcutter for 30 years. She was a member of the Central Trinity United Methodist Church, Eastern Star 485, Rosa Shrine and the Pioneer Historical Society.
Born July 18, 1901, in Zanesville, she was a daughter of Charles and Margaret Boles Price.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Scott Huggins on Dec. 28, 1959, her second husband, Herbert H. Balo on May 15, 1981, two brothers and two sisters.
