William Judson Holloway was a Federal Judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He was nominated by President Lyndon B Johnson on August 2, 1968 and confirmed by the United States Senate on September 13, 1968. Justice Holloway served until May 31, 1992, when he took "senior status." He served as Chief Judge from 1984 until 1991.
