Frederich Althouse
SABETHA. Kan. - Frederich H Althouse, 83, died Tuesday morning at a hospital in Sabetha. He was born March 20, 1902, in Sabetha, where he attended Maple-Ridge schools. Mr. Althouse had farmed for 10 years, then worked as a mechanic for several Sabetha motor companies.
He married the former Louise Epple on Aug. 12, 1926, in Sabetha. She survives him of the home.
He was a member of the Masonic-Lodge No. 162. A.F. r A.M., Sabetha, the York Rite of Seneca, Nemaha Chapter No. 32. Seneca. Kan., the Seneca Commandery No. 41. and the Shrine Arab Temple, Topeka. Kan.
Additional survivors include a brother, Floyd Althouse, Sabetha; two sisters. Marjorie Forrester, Springfield, Mo., and Mary Warfield, Anderson. Ind. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Popkess Mortuary, Sabetha. Burial will be at the Sabetha Cemetery
