He graduated from Hempfield Area Senior High School in Greensburg, Pennsylvania in1975. He served as an Operations Specialist Grade 3 in the United States Navy aboard the USS Mississippi. He worked as a dental technician for Muth & Mumma Dental Laboratory, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He was a member of the USS Mississippi Reunion Association and the Elizabethville American Legion. He was survived by his wife, son, daughter, grandson, two step-daughters, two step-grandsons, sister, brother, and mother. He was preceded in death by his father, Dr. Geno DeBagno; and his brother and sister-in-law, David and JoAnn DiBagno. Graveside service with military honors at Fort Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
