According to what I've read there are two cemeteries associated with the Tewksbury State Hospital and I'm assuming that Isaac was buried in this one because of the year of his death.
Issac immigrated to America in 1866 and married Catherine "Kate" Maloney on Aug 27, 1874 in South Hadley, Massachusetts. They had four children: Joseph, Elizabeth, William and Julia. Joseph died as an infant. Kate probably died between 1892 and 1904 because Isaac is listed as widowed on his DC in 1904. The exact date and location of her burial is unknown. Isaac suffered from paralysis the last 3 years of his life, of which the last 14 months was spent at the Tewksbury Hospital. His residence prior to Tewksbury was Worcester, Massachusetts.
