The parish of Our Lady of Guadalupe of South Chicago suffered more war dead during the Vietnam War than any other Catholic parish in the U.S. This monument, erected in 1970 stands in memory of the sacrifice of twelve parishioners. It is located across the street from the church at 91st Street and Brandon in the South Chicago neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois.
