PHIL G. ARMOUR, 76, of Memphis, co-owner of Armil Construction, died Saturday at Methodist Healthcare-North. Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Memorial Park followed by a memorial service at Grace Presbyterian Church, where he was a member. Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel has charge. He was a World War II Army Air Corps veteran and Raleigh Masonic Lodge. Mr. Armour, the husband of Inez Peel Armour for 58 years, also leaves two daughters, Melody A. Kunnecke of Bentonville, Ark., and Annette Bell of Royse City, Texas; a sister, Jessie Smith of Memphis and four grandchildren.
