Robert D. Burton, 46, 19918 Cotton St., died early Monday morning in Stockton from a sudden illness.
A native of Texas, he moved to Lodi in 1973 from Hawthorne. He was employed at Valley Tow Rite of Lodi for the past year and was an active 4-H leader for the Tokay Colony Chapter.
He is survived by his wife, Mary L. Burton; two sons; one daughter; his sister, Dolores E. Moreno and two grandchildren.
