ALPERT- Lois E. 91, of Everett. Entered Eternal Rest on February 20, 2013. Ms. Alpert had been a resident of Everett since 1931. She served in the Women's army Corps during WWII was promoted to the rank of Corporal. She earned a Masters degree in Education from Boston University. A physical education teacher in the Everett Schools until her retirement in 1981. During summers she served as Head Counselor for Camp Pembroke for many years. She was an Honorary Founder and Life member of Hadassah, member of Stein Post of the J.W.V. and Sisterhood of Cong. Tifereth Israel, Everett. She was the devoted sister to the late Libby Alpert and late Beatrice Hill. She was the cherished aunt of Linda Hill & Douglas Garde and James & Rebecca Hill. Grandaunt of Marci Hill & Lucio Marino and great grandaunt of Sienna and Cole Marino. Services at Tifereth Israel Memorial Park 232 Fuller St. Everett on Tuesday February 26 at 11:00 AM.
