She married Theophilus C. Stroman.

The York Daily July 9, 1913
Mrs. Ellen Stroman, widow of Theophilus C. Stroman, for many years constable of the First ward, died Monday night at her residence of her son Frank Stroman of York.
Mrs Stroman was aged 78 years and her death was due to the infirmities of old age. She died only a few hours after the death of the wife of her son Jacob, which occurred Monday.
She will be buried at Prospect Hill Cemetery.
