Surviving: husband, Billy G. Williams; children and their spouses, Russell L. and Barbara Williams of Bidwell, Ohio, Keith A. Williams of Eleanor, Michelle L. and Carl Williams of Eleanor; sister, Audrey Arthur of Confidence; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
Service was held Wednesday, March 19, 2003, at Gatens Funeral Home Chapel with Pastors Joey Scarberry and Adam Null officiating. Burial was in Schowen Cemetery, Bancroft.
