MORANN — Funeral services
were held this afternoon from
the home of Mrs. Eunice Waite
of Morann for her son, Andrew
Waite, who died there Saturday
morning, July 13, at 7:45 o'clock
after an illness of three months.
The oldest of the Waite family,
the deceased was born May 15,
1884, making his age 62 years, 1
month and 28 days. He is survived
by his mother; four sons,
Dennis of Ramey, Orre of
Houtzdale, Samuel of Smithmill,
and Andrew of Ohio; two bro-
thers, Zebual of Ohio, Orrie of
Morann, and five sisters, Mrs.
Blanche Caker [sic] of Allemville,
Mrs. John Grant of Earnest,
Mrs. Violet Curry of Irwin.
Mrs. George Miller of Ramey
and Mrs. Henry Lindenberg of
Madera.
The Rev. Miller conducted the
funeral services and interment
was made in the Beulah ceme-
tery.

His 1st marriage was to Phoebe Prichard about 1911. They divorced and she married his brother, Zebual. Andrew's 2nd marriage was to Mrs. Anna Lindenberg on August 23, 1924. Andrew's sister, Eva, was also married the same day to Henry Lindenberg. Henry was a son of Anna.
Anna's death certificate seems to have some incorrect information. It lists her husband as Zeb Waite. Her birth date is listed as August 29, 1878 but the 1900 census lists Jan 1877 and the marriage license for her 1st marriage, listed as Anna Louise Srock, has her birth date as 29 Jan 1877. Her death certificate is incorrectly transcribed as Annie Wate. It should be Waite. Her father is listed as August Shrock. Anna's headstone has her last name as Lindenberg.
