Formerly of Reedsville, age 91, died Saturday, May 12, at the care center after a lingering illness. She was born April 10, 1899 in the Town of Rockland, daughter of the late Robert and Bertha (Bergeman) Bubolz. She married John Olp November 30, 1922 in Reedsville.
The couple farmed in the Town of Brillion and also lived in Millersville, Howards, Grove, Manitowoc Brillion and Reedsville. She was a member of. Trinity Lutheran Church, Brillion and the Bloedorn-Becker-Jensen Legion Auxiliary Unit 126.
Survivors are two daughters and sons-in-law: Ellen and Harold Bratz, Brillion; Gertie and Dean Wink, Appleton; a son and daughter-in-law: Karl and Gwen Olp, Manitowoc; 10 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, a sister and brother-in-law: Anna and Melvin Behnke, Brillion; two brothers and two sisters-in-law: Arthur Olp, De Pere; Harold and Rosie Olp, and Anna Maertz, all of Reedsville: many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Her husband preceded her in death October 4, 1979. Also preceding her in death was a grandson, John Wink; four sisters and two brothers.
The funeral will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Trinity Lutheran Church, Brillion with Rev. Bruce Becker officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the church on Tuesday from 9 a.m. until the hour of service. Wieting Funeral Home, Brillion is assisting the family with arrangements.
