Miles J. Boyer, 91, of Newfoundland, Wayne County, formerly of Neptune City and Newark, N.J., and Bethlehem, died Sunday, March 14, in Mercy Hospital, Scranton. He was the husband of the late Eleanor (Emmas) Boyer, Bertha (Walsh) Boyer and Gertrude (Lehman) Boyer.
He was an electrician for General Motors Corp., Linden, N.J. for 30 years until retiring in 1969.
Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late William and Sadie (Schenk) Boyer.
He was a Lutheran.
Survivors: Sons, William J. of Iflin, N.J., and Franklin M. of Greentown, Pike County, and eight grandchildren.
Services: 1 p.m. Friday, Downing Funeral Home, 1002 W. Broad St., Bethlehem. Call noon to 1 p.m. Friday.
