Airman Princessa Lee Triplett, 20, died Nov. 20, 2005, in a vehicular accident in Spokane, WA. Born July, 28, 1985, the daughter of Doug Triplett of Essex and Jackie Gonzales of Lake Mary, FL. Airman Triplett was a 2003 graduate of Risco High School. She was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the current War on Terrorism in Iraq.She had served in the U.S. Air Force since Oct. 13, 2003, and served in Iraq from January to June 2004. Both of her parents are retired from the U.S. Marine Corps.

In addition to her parents, survivors include her grandmother, Shirley Lee Triplett of Gray Ridge, three stepsisters, Jessica, Christina and Melissa Gonzales of Lake Mary; and three uncles, Steve Triplett of St. Ann, Greg Triplett of Marion, IL and Charles Fernandez of Seattle, WA.

A memorial service will be conducted Dec. 17 at Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield with the Rev. Leroy Williams officiating. Full Military Rites will be provided by Army Delta Team Honor Guard of Poplar Bluff. James Hopkins of the Firemen's Union will play the bagpipes.
