Husband of Gladys Galloway Bryant. Son of Joseph H. and Ethel Saunders Bryant. He received his bachelors degree from Austin College, Sherman, TX, in 1944. Studied for the ministry and was a Presbyterian minister for many years. Was first married to Hazel Frances McBrager and they had four sons, Lyndon, John F., David and Dennis. Following the dissolution of this marriage he married Gladys Galloway and they moved to California. There he worked in North Hollywood shopping center development, rentals and oversight for the Simons group Valley Plaza enterprise for many years, retiring to live in the high desert community of Hesperia. His hobby was picture painting. He and Gladys were dedicated lovers of motorhome travel and enjoyed many years of retirement and travel thoughout the United States with family. He was survived by his wife, Gladys, an adopted son Terry (wife Peggy), stepdaughter Barbara Sproles Hessler, stepson Sam Sproles (wife Frances) and grandchildren.
