He was a Eagle area resident for 35 years, He was retired from the A.O. Smith Co. in Elkhorn, was a veteran of World War II, having served in the Army, and a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church, Eagle.
He is survived by his wife Mary, sons Joseph of Waukesha, James of New Berlin and Robert of Dousman; daughters Mary, Barbara and Patricia, all of Eagle; sister Ann Peterson of Oshkosh; 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be 10 a.m. Monday at St. Theresa Catholic Church, Eagle. Burial will be in St. Theresa Cemetery. Friends may call 3 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Mealy Funeral Home, Eagle. There will be a parish vigil at 7 p.m.
