Mrs. Florence B. Abbet, 97, Iberia, died Monday at Miller County Nursing Home, Tuscumbia. She was born Aug. 29, 1885, at Capps, a daughter of William and Lucy Burton Stark.
On Dec. 24, 1905, she was married to Cordell Burnett, who died Aug 11, 1958. On March 17, 1964, she was married to Oliver Abbet, who died Jan. 9, 1981.
A lifelong resident of Miller County, she was a member of Mt. Zion Christian Church, Tuscumbia.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, at Mt. Zion Christian Church, with the Rev. Gene Edwards officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
