Born May 27, 1953, to Jimmie and Maurine (Rodgers) Dyer, in Oklahoma City, she was a receptionist at Halliburton Services in Duncan, and enjoyed reading, gospel music, going to church, and traveling with her family.
She was preceded in death by her father; and brother, Randy Dyer.
Survivors include her mother, Maurine Dyer of Chickasha; two daughters and a son-in-law, Jennifer Apple and Vance Jr. of Marlow, and Randi Petty of Rush Springs; and four grandchildren.
Other survivors include two brothers, Larry Dyer of Oklahoma City, and Steven Dyer of Chickasha; and a niece, Rachel Dyer of Oklahoma City.
Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, August 8, 2005, in Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home, with the Rev. LaRoyce Brown officiating.
